4. User Content & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any content that you upload (“User Content”).

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

You own or have the rights to use the content
Your content does not infringe any third-party rights
Your content complies with all applicable laws

We may remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Content Review & Refusal of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without obligation to provide justification, to refuse, cancel, or remove any content or order for any reason.

This includes, but is not limited to, content that:

Is illegal, harmful, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
Infringes or may infringe intellectual property rights (including copyrights, trademarks, or likeness rights)
Depicts or promotes violence, hate, harassment, or discrimination
Contains explicit, unlawful, or inappropriate material

We may cancel orders, remove content, or suspend access to the service at any time.

6. AI-Generated Artwork

Framory uses artificial intelligence to transform images into artwork.

You acknowledge that:

AI-generated outputs may be unpredictable
Results may not match your expectations
We do not guarantee accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated artwork

You are responsible for reviewing your artwork before placing an order.

7. Ownership & Usage Rights

Your Content

You retain ownership of the images you upload.

Generated Artwork

To the extent permitted by law:

You may use your generated artwork for personal use
Commercial use may be limited or subject to additional terms

Ownership rights related to AI-generated content may vary depending on jurisdiction.

8. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All products are made to order
Prices are subject to change at any time
Payment is processed securely through our payment provider

By placing an order, you agree to pay all applicable charges.

9. Production, Shipping & Delivery

Production and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery

10. Returns & Refunds

Because products are custom-made:

All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective
If there is a production issue, we will replace the item

You must contact us within a reasonable time after receiving your order.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Framory to:

Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the platform
Use automated systems (bots, scraping, etc.)

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

12. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and technology are owned by Framory or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without permission.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Framory is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no warranties regarding:

The accuracy or quality of AI-generated content
The availability or reliability of the service
Fitness for a particular purpose

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Framory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Framory from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
